  • Did you know that studies have shown that giving thanks, love, and gratitude to others can increase your own happiness? Think about how you're feeling. Then, tell a person you love what you love about them and notice how you feel afterwards!

  • Think about how you're feeling right now. What song comes to mind. Rock out to your current vibe!

  • Positive thinking is powerful -- remind yourself that you're great! Try saying your affirmation out loud and looking at yourself in the mirror.

  • Turn the good vibes all the way up with this pep talk from Kid President!

  • When we are feeling down, we can pick ourselves up by thinking happy thoughts -- What are your top 5 things that make you happy? Mac & Cheese and music are on my list! Share your 5 things with someone else and ask them what makes them happy.

  • Since we can't be together at school, online learning is the next best thing. What do you like about online learning? We like getting to meet our friends pets!

  • If fist is the worst day ever and 5 is the best day ever, how are you feeling today? What is making you feel great or what might help you feel better? Ask someone else how they are feeling and tell him your answer too.

  • Practice Belly Breathing with Common & Elmo! Refresh your memory about belly breaths, then teach someone else how to -- and take 3 together. When do you like to take belly breaths? How does your body or mind feel differently after taking some belly breaths?
